Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Most customers send us a purchase order detailing the items they want, quantities and delivery address. We then send a pro forma invoice and when this is paid your items are despatched and VAT invoice posted / emailed. Alternatively call a member of the sales team and they can guide you through the purchase process. 01924 586655.

How can I make payment?

Most customer prefer to pay via BACS as this is the quickest method with no charges. Alternatively we accept credit / debit card, PayPal as well as cheque.

There is a problem with my order, what should I do?

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please contact a member of staff as soon as possible for any changes / cancellations as these will only be possible prior to the items being despatched.

What is your returns policy?

You have 28 days to return your items unused and in the original packaging for a full refund of goods minus the cost of collection. Please see our terms and conditions section for more information.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Alongside our delivery partners we are able to deliver your order anywhere in the UK or internationally.

What is the delivery lead time?

All items are kept in the stock and will be despatched if cleared funds are received before 12:00pm. The standard lead time is 48 hours from despatch but this can be reduced if items are needed urgently, please enquire for more information; email [email protected] or call 01924 586655.

What are your delivery charges?

There is no delivery charge for orders over £500 that are delivered within the UK. For international orders or orders under his amount the delivery charge is based on size, weight and delivery address, please enquire for a quote; email [email protected] or call 01924 586655.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Yes you can do this. Please contact us prior to arrival so arrangements can be made.

Do you delivery internationally?

Yes we do. Please contact our sales staff with the items you would like to purchase and they will let you the delivery charge to your location.

Do your prices shown on the website include VAT?

Since we are a trade only business to business company all prices shown on the website are excluding the 20% VAT rate.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes we do. Please contact our sales staff with the quantities you would like to purchase and they will let you know about the available bulk discounts.

What is the warranty on your furniture?

Our products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. More information is available in our terms and conditions section.

Do you supply to residential customers or just the trade?
